SECURITY RISK MANAGEMENT
JKG provides comprehensive solutions to identify, reduce and resolve risk in everyday and dynamic environments. We provide analysis to establish a contingency strategy that manages both existing and potential risk. Immediate responses to manage the risk are then implemented to safeguard personnel, assets and the reputation of the client.
Following initial assessment and analysis, a thorough report is provided to illustrate identified risks and threats and their impact on the client or organisation. This may include a threat assessment. The types and level of risks are then determined and the vulnerability points subsequently identified.
JKG will define the type and level or risks vulnerability points.
A comprehensive physical review of the target site and review of existing security measures is undertaken.
A detailed and comprehensive analysis then proposes security recommendations to manage and minimise the risks.
Assessment and analysis of security based issues ranging from individual to corporate, is then given. This includes legal liability and intellectual property. This assessment is tailored to the client's specifications and may take into account International, Federal and State legislation, if applicable.
This methodology is implemented, utilising AS/NZ 4360:2004 standards to

The attacks in Bali have clearly identified Australia as a target of a major terrorist incident; something most Australians have previously dismissed.
Australia is designated “Mantiki 4” in the Jemaal Islammiah Operational Plan for South East Asia/Australia and on 30th Nov 2001 Australia was mentioned by name as a target by Al Qaeda.
JKG provides a comprehensive threat assessment and analysis of the vulnerable exposure that organisations have to acts of terrorism. This takes into account the company's identity and the present threat levels identified by Intelligence Agencies to implement awareness to the corporate staff. Existing security measures will be assessed and additional measures recommended, if required. Periodic intelligence briefings would also be made available if required.
